Please list your real name (doesn't have to be you're full name) or a believable alias, so no Geisha08 or Mistress Dementia or any nonsense like that. If you have a website and would like it listed, please add a code (text or image) some place noticable on your site, either your splash page or an easily found "joined" page before you submit your form. If the code is not up when I check, I will not list your website, just your other information.
Please no hotlinking, save and upload to your own server. If you'd like to make your own, please email it to me so I know what to look for when I check your page for the code. A text link is fine also :)
